"The whole idea is to teach you how to train …
so that you are not dependant on ceaseless lessons, a never ending workshop circuit and retreats — or trekking to the ends of the Earth in search of the Secret Form.
My whole modus operandi is to give you the tools you need, in the clearest and most accessible way.
You can train with me for a while, then take that newfound clarity, and train independently, with confidence.
Of course, I’ll always be here if you need to check in!" - Andy
Start with Foundation, and continue training in your own way.
An eight-week structured arc. Each week, a one-hour video lesson with Andy and personal video feedback on your own training. By the end of the first lesson you’ll be training in a way that will change everything — more open, in your feet, connected, joyful, clear. Rolling enrolment.
The four tiers are designed to fit where you’re at.
The first few months you may need the works — live calibration, personal feedback. Once you’re confident, drop back to Posse without feedback, or just Crew. Switch up as you go.
Crew is its own thing. Posse, Posse + and Circle go deep on one or two ideas, one or two postures. Crew is the wider view — how it all comes together in my own training.
You could run Posse + and Crew side by side for a month, just Crew, or take a break from lessons for a while — it’s up to you.
Train alongside Andy. Weekly recording of his actual practice — whatever’s on the menu that week.
The Circle’s weekly live session, recorded. Train in your own time. New teaching every week.
The Posse, with personal video feedback on your own training each week. Teaching plus calibration.
Eight live spots. The lessons are shaped by what students bring. Personal video feedback each week.
See, Know, Let Go, Enjoy.
Clearly seeing the levels of being — Surrender within posture — Releasing the awareness — the foundation of taiji & internal arts, yoga & meditation.
The fourteenth-century Taiji Alchemy Secrets describe it. Eleventh-century Gorakhnath texts prescribe it. Early Yogic, Buddhist and Taoist practice centred on it.
Andy’s twenty-one years of direct, intense training & meditation arrived at the same place — a natural conclusion of elimination, simplification.
In most taiji traditions, there are three aspects: Hwa — to neutralise; Na — to capture and control; Fa — to issue force.
Andy only focuses on Hwa in his own practice and teaching. Mainly due to the fact that to build a deep and profound Hwa, the utmost attention and sincerity is required. It is so beautiful, so deep, so expansive, that the practice of acquiring new forms and techniques is a distraction, and inhibits this Hwa quality.
Hwa is a principle of neutralisation. And upon investigation, we can see that this is what the old masters were pointing to.
This is the essence of the arts. It is the essential mechanism in all internal arts, Chinese and Indian healing traditions, yoga and meditation — the ability to see force or potential stress, and understand the force. As you understand this meeting of the world through your sense gates, the force dissipates. And in that moment, the potential stress dissolves. The experience is of release and enjoyment rather than stress.
This is the most beneficial skill (in life), and so Andy focuses on this deep, but easy to miss function.
The benefits compound from there. As the awareness releases, the whole being releases. The body and emotions and mind normalise. The body fills with qi or prana.
I have been doing martial arts and teaching martial arts for more than 30 years — this past year with Andy has been the year of greatest progress and depth I have had in my career. I have been doing martial arts and teaching martial arts for more than 30 years. The things I have learned with Andy in this past year have been the year of greatest progress and depth I have had in my career. Both in skill and personally, the way Andy teaches is open, generous and direct. He genuinely wants you to succeed, and he holds nothing back. The clarity I have now in my own training and teaching is something I never thought I would experience after this many years of doing this work.
Not only does the depth of Andy’s knowledge seem endless, he truly embodies his own teachings. Not only does the depth of Andy’s knowledge seem endless, he truly embodies his own teachings. This is something I look very sharply for in any teacher, I scan for any form of hypocrisy, which lights up like a neon light, be it concealed or all too obvious. Andy truly walks the walk, practices what he teaches. The experience of spending some time with Andy, even leisurely, is uplifting and profound. His everlasting sincere smile only momentarily makes place to explain the deeper mechanics of letting go, finding peace and releasing desires. All these qualities carry on in his touch, sensitive and deep, be it therapeutically or martially. His system could not carry a more striking name than Dissolve, for you literally feel tension of all sorts dissolve permanently. I feel truly honoured to call Andy my senior Kung Fu brother, and even more so, my friend.
Dissolve is a candle of light and healing in a dark and stressful world. Dissolve is not only a candle of light and healing in a dark and stressful world. Through this profound, easy to follow online program, Andy Mack kindly offers the opportunity for each of us to dissolve habituated tensions, light our own candle of inner calm and joy, and then share that light with others. In my 30+ years in the field of healing and wellness, I’ve not come across anything like this which offers such a simple, potent antidote to stress.
Andy teaches in a way I can only describe as awesome — keen, sensitive, patient, encouraging, and very quick to guide one to release. Andy teaches in a way I can only describe as awesome. Keen, sensitive, patient, encouraging — and very quick to guide one to release. From day one, Andy said: I am not here to be your crutch. And he means that. He wants people to flourish, to stand on their own, to create their own awesomeness. In a world full of dualistic extremes, Andy provides a refreshing middle way. He embodies what he teaches. When you take on Dissolve as a practice and apply it to your own art — as far as I can see, you only get happier and better at what you do.
The training is quite special — the mind is very clear, and I haven’t felt my legs or feet in such a way before. The training is quite special. The mind is very clear, and I haven’t felt my legs or feet in such a way before. It’s as though they are now alive — they are so clear. And I’ve been training taiji for more than ten years, so that’s really something.
After three classes with Andy, I’m moving differently — the lessons aren’t just about taiji or yoga, they’re about how I move through the day. After three classes with Andy, I’m moving differently. The lessons aren’t just about taiji or yoga — they’re about how I move through the day. Standing, walking, sitting at my desk — the same simple work runs underneath everything now. It’s practical, and it’s deep at the same time.
Tuina Bonesetting is generally considered a physical modality, however after two decades of deep meditation, neigong, qigong, taiji & spiritual training, Alignment Bonesetting has transformed into an expression of Andy’s own training. Opening the body, realigning the structure, releasing energy blockages, the mind and awareness. It is a deep, transformative experience
Using a physical and energetic wave that travels from the feet to the point in question. Very safe — no hard force, no twisting. It demonstrates and encourages the body and mind to release, instead of manipulating or forcing the changes. Which is why it’s so effective.
Alignment bonesetting is not the typical Tuina bonesetting, and it’s certainly not Chiro, Physio or Osteo … in fact it bears no resemblance.

Alignment is a deep transformative experience, on all levels. Some may say that it is a spiritual experience. And it is — the spirit is invigorated and released. Along with the energy, emotions, fascia and structural systems of the body or being.
Work With UsAndy Mack — Sifu Andy Mack, in the taiji context — 21 years deep internal arts training and teaching. Nineteen of those years in Heaven Man Earth Taiji under Adam Mizner as one of his top 2 inner door disciples, and head instructor for HME Europe. He lived and trained alongside Adam in Australia, Thailand, and throughout Europe. He spent extended time in the Thai forest temples of Luang Phor Tong, Kruba Noi, Luang Phor Plien and Luang Phor Anan. The pivotal encounter of that period was with Luang Phor Jumnien Silasettho. Nineteen years of classical internal arts training is what underwrites both the Alignment Training & Alignment Bonesetting.
The ApproachSifu Andy’s offering is quite unique and powerful. He has trained as an inner door disciple of arguably the best in the world, for 2 decades.
And yet, because he isn’t part of a school now, there is no curriculum, no syllabus chain that requires you to come back next year for the next level. The approach is traditional: the way it was in the old, old days — before forms, levels and belts.
This is an oral tradition. The internal arts and meditation are oral traditions. This is actually the way that Andy learnt, before there was an international organisation.
So now, Andy is free to teach you what he thinks you need. In fact he’s compelled to teach you in this way.
Because Alignment Training only develops the essence of internal arts — a deep Hwa aspect, not Na, not Fa — there’s no plethora of forms and exercises to chase. No Skill Acquisition Syndrome, as Andy calls it — something he saw in so many students, including himself.
Deep Hwa — very deep and profound —. All of the training and teaching is pointed in the same direction.
Bonesetting CredentialIn 2016, he began his training in Tuina bone setting through Sifu Adam Mizner, handed down by Sifu Richard Huang (Taipei), and certified through a diploma at the Xian Tian College, UK in 2018. He was based at Akasha Spa, Hotel Café Royal, Piccadilly, London. He was registered with the UK Acupuncture Society — Register of Acupuncture, TCM & Tuina.
Over the past 20 years, Andy has treated & taught thousands of people throughout the world.
Andy's wife, spiritual & practice partner — live a spiritual life, dedicated to surrender and living in alignment. On the setting table and in teaching, they work as a harmonious team — perfectly coordinated, in sync.
